RBVx100 tow-behind mechanical weeder – Basic kit with pin hitch

Towed by a ride-on mower, quad bike or compact tractor, the RBVx100 removes weeds and/or maintains all types of compacted and gravel surfaces, including landscaped paths, courtyards, pétanque courts and car parks. Its ballasted frame presses the working blade firmly against the ground to scrape and refresh the gravel. The blade works continuously across a width of 0.95 metres to uproot weeds.

It distributes the gravel evenly while bringing it back to the surface above the aggregates and dust. The gravel surface is cleaner, more level and more attractive, restoring the appearance it had when the surface gravel was first laid.

Options:

– Hardox wear blade: specially made from ultra-resistant steel for working in gravel, this blade offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and impacts. It bolts onto the stainless steel blade to protect it and extend its service life by up to three times. The wear blade retains its cutting edge, ensures effective weeding and reduces replacement and maintenance requirements.

– Tow ball coupling: for attachment to a 50 mm tow ball. Without this option, the standard hitch attaches to a pin. See the dimension drawing to check that your hitch pin and mounting plate are compatible. Hitch point height: minimum 10 cm; maximum 60 cm.

– Harrow: available with or without a harrow for collecting material and combing the gravel.

The 20-litre containers used for the recommended ballast are not supplied. They can often be obtained from a recycling centre or purchased. Their dimensions vary, but are typically around 22 cm wide × 25 cm long × 42 cm high. Obtain two before the parcel arrives so you can test the machine straight away.

The ballast basket straps are supplied.

Allow approximately two hours to assemble the kit.
