RBVx150 tow-behind mechanical weeder – Pro 150 cm kit
The RBVx150 version offers a working width of 147 cm. It is suitable for tractors more than 100 cm and less than 150 cm wide. As the implement is wider than the tractor, it extends beyond the wheels to avoid leaving untreated areas. The working strip is continuous, without overlap or additional passes, ensuring an even finish and significant time savings.
Made in France from laser-cut stainless steel.
Please note:
– This version is not suitable for small ride-on mowers because the required pulling force is too high.
– Included as standard: harrow, ball hitch and Hardox wear blade.
– Hardox wear blade: specially designed in ultra-high-strength steel for working in gravel, this blade offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and impact. Bolted onto the stainless steel blade, it protects it and can extend its service life by up to three times. It retains its cutting edge, provides effective weed removal and reduces replacement and maintenance.
– The nominal load capacity is 60 kg.
– Due to its dimensions, this kit is shipped in two packages delivered together.
Towed by a ride-on mower, quad bike or compact tractor, the RBVx150 removes weeds from compacted and gravel-covered surfaces such as garden paths, courtyards, pétanque courts and car parks. The weighted frame presses the working blade firmly against the ground to scrape and refresh the gravel. The blade works continuously across a width of 0.95 m, removing weeds as it goes.
The gravel is spread evenly and brought back to the surface above the underlying aggregate and dust. The gravel surface becomes cleaner, more level and more attractive, regaining its original appearance.
Options:
– Ball hitch: for a 50 mm towball. Without this option, the standard attachment uses a hitch pin. Check the dimensioned drawing to ensure your hitch pin and mounting plate are compatible. Hitch point height: minimum 10 cm, maximum 60 cm.
– Harrow: available with or without a harrow for collecting and combing the gravel.
Tyres: puncture-proof
Materials: stainless steel and aluminium
The 20-litre containers used for the recommended ballast are not supplied. They can often be obtained from recycling centres or retailers. Dimensions may vary; typical dimensions are approximately 22 cm wide × 25 cm long × 42 cm high. Obtain two containers before delivery so you can test the machine immediately.
The ballast basket straps are supplied.
Allow approximately two hours to assemble the kit.
